Bigelow Panthers (Bigelow, AR) backers were pleased Tuesday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the visiting Conway Christian Eagles (Conway, AR), 52-32 in a league bout.

With the victory, Bigelow upgrades its record to 13-1 on the campaign. The Panthers travel to Magnet Cove (Malvern, AR) to play the Panthers in a 2A Region 5 bout on Thursday, January 25. The Panthers come into the bout with a record of 1-18. Magnet Cove lost 60-16 in their recent league bout against Cutter-Morning Star (Hot Springs National Park, AR)

Next up, the Eagles play the St. Joseph Bulldogs (Conway, AR) in a 2A Region 5 bout, on Friday, January 26. Conway Christian will attempt to upgrade on its 7-6 season record. The Bulldogs come into the bout with a 9-14 record after their 53-40 league win over Mountain Pine (Mountain Pine, AR).
