The Blue Mountain Eagles (Schuylkill Haven, PA) basketball knocked off the host Panther Valley Panthers (Lansford, PA), 58-49 in Tuesday's league test.

The Eagles (15-2) will now prepare for their test against North Schuylkill (Ashland, PA). The Spartans go into the Schuylkill County 1 test with a 12-5 record. In their last test, North Schuylkill notched a victory over Pine Grove (Pine Grove, PA), 62-48, in a league test.

The Panthers now own a 10-6 record. They play next when they travel to North Schuylkill for a Schuylkill County 1 test on Friday, January 26.
