Calloway County Lakers (Murray, KY) backers were pleased Tuesday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the visiting Graves County Eagles (Mayfield, KY), 66-54 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, Calloway County upgrades its record to 7-8 on the campaign. The Lakers host Henry County (Paris, TN) to play the Patriots in a non-league bout on Friday, January 26. The Patriots come into the bout with a record of 8-7. Henry County won 51-48 in their recent league bout against Kenwood (Clarksville, TN)

Next up, the Eagles play the McCracken County Mustangs (Paducah, KY) in a non-league bout, on Friday, January 26. Graves County will attempt to upgrade on its 14-5 season record. The Mustangs come into the bout with a 13-5 record after their 59-53 league win over St. Mary (Paducah, KY).
