Iowa High School Basketball - Central City ripped by North Linn

The North Linn Lynx basketball team scored 86 points and held the visiting Central City Wildcats to 26 in the Lynx league triumph on Tuesday.
The Lynx now sport a 14-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to East Buchanan for a Tri-Rivers contest on Friday, January 26. North Linn will battle a Buccaneers team coming off a 48-43 league loss to Edgewood-Colesburg (Edgewood, IA). The Buccaneers record now stands at 5-9.
The Wildcats (6-9) will now prepare for their contest against Wapsie Valley (Fairbank, IA). The Warriors enter the non-league contest with a 1-11 record. In their last contest, Wapsie Valley was routed by Oelwein (Oelwein, IA), 51-43, in a league contest.
