In Tuesday's league outing, the St. Mary's Prep Eaglets (Orchard Lake, MI) basketball squad beat the host De La Salle Collegiate Pilots (Warren, MI), by a margin of 68-55.

The Eaglets (11-1) will now prepare for their outing against Central Catholic (Toledo, OH). The Fighting Irish go into the Catholic Central outing with a 6-9 record. In their last outing, Central Catholic was topped by Brother Rice (Bloomfield Hills, MI), 71-35, in a league outing.

The Pilots now own a 8-5 record. They play next when they travel to Heritage for a non-league outing on Wednesday, January 24. De La Salle Collegiate will clash with a Hawks squad coming off a 61-51 non-league win over Bay City Western (Auburn, MI). The Hawks record now stands at 8-2.
