With the victory, Earle improves its record to 5-10 on the campaign. The Bulldogs travel to Cross County (Cherry Valley, AR) to play the Thunderbirds in a 2A Region 3 challenge on Thursday, January 25. The Thunderbirds come into the challenge with a record of 5-13.

Next up, the Greyhounds play the Rector Cougars (Rector, AR) in a 2A Region 3 challenge, on Friday, January 26. Marmaduke will attempt to improve on its 16-14 season record. The Cougars come into the challenge with a 12-9 record after their 71-62 league loss to Riverside (Lake City, AR).
