Erie First Christian Academy (Erie, PA) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the host Northwestern Wildcats (Albion, PA), 55-48 in a league bout.

With the win, Erie First Christian Academy upgrades its record to 3-11 on the season. The travel to Iroquois (Erie, PA) to clash with the Braves in a District 10 Region 2 bout on Friday, January 26. The Braves go into the bout with a record of 9-6. Iroquois lost 77-42 in their recent non-league bout against Girard (Girard, PA)

Next up, the Wildcats clash with the Mercyhurst Prep Lakers (Erie, PA) in a District 10 Region 3 bout, on Friday, January 26. Northwestern will attempt to upgrade on its 0-13 season record. The Lakers go into the bout with a 7-7 record after their 61-48 non-league win over Fairview (Fairview, PA).
