The Shepherd Hill Regional Rams (Dudley, MA) basketball nipped the host Groton-Dunstable Crusaders (Groton, MA), 52-49 in Tuesday's non-league test.
The Rams (9-3) will now prepare for their test against Nashoba Regional (Bolton, MA). The Wolves go into the non-league test with a 10-2 record. In their last test, Nashoba Regional got by Marlborough (Marlborough, MA), 77-43, in a league test.
The Crusaders now own a 4-7 record. They play next when they travel to Westborough for a Midland-Wachusett B test on Friday, January 26. Groton-Dunstable will encounter a Rangers squad coming off a 64-49 league win over North Middlesex Regional (Townsend, MA). The Rangers record now stands at 9-2.
