The High Point Central Bison basketball team (High Point, NC), dropped 56-46 in Tuesday's league battle with the visiting Southern Guilford Storm (Greensboro, NC)

The Storm now sport a 16-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Rockingham County for a 3A Mid-State battle on Friday, January 26. Southern Guilford will battle a Cougars team coming off a 64-61 league loss to Northeast Guilford (McLeansville, NC). The Cougars record now stands at 6-11.

The Bison (6-10) will now prepare for their battle against Dudley (Greensboro, NC). The Panthers come into the 3A Mid-State battle with a 9-6 record. In their last battle, Dudley prevailed over Ben L. Smith (Greensboro, NC), 53-48, in a league battle.
