The La Lumiere Lakers basketball team scored 84 points and held the host Varsity Opponent to 64 in the Lakers non-league triumph on Tuesday.

The Lakers now sport a 13-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Maumee Valley Country Day for a non-league contest on Saturday, January 27. La Lumiere will battle a Hawks team coming off a 59-44 league win over Cardinal Stritch (Oregon, OH). The Hawks record now stands at 11-3.

The (304-1150) will now prepare for their contest against Legacy Christian Academy (Stephens City, VA). The SAINTS enter the Freelance contest with a 5-5 record. In their last contest, Legacy Christian Academy was defeated by United Christian Academy (Stanardsville, VA), 49-35, in a non-league contest.
