Alabama High School Basketball - Reeltown edges Lanett

The Reeltown Rebels (Notasulga, AL) basketball nipped the visiting Lanett Panthers (Lanett, AL), 55-50 in Tuesday's league test.
The Rebels (5-5) will now prepare for their test against Beulah (Valley, AL). The Bobcats go into the 3A Area 8 test with a 9-7 record. In their last test, Beulah got by Randolph County (Wedowee, AL), 35-34, in a league test.
The Panthers now own a 7-14 record. They play next when they host Horseshoe Bend for a 2A Area 6 test on Friday, January 26. Lanett will encounter a Generals squad coming off a 68-54 non-league loss to Central of Coosa County (Rockford, AL). The Generals record now stands at 10-10.
