Fans at Tuesday's league challenge between the Lassen Grizzlies (Susanville, CA) and the visiting West Valley Eagles (Cottonwood, CA), saw Lassen's basketball squad overcome West Valley by a tally of 62-51.

With the victory, Lassen improves its record to 12-10 on the campaign. The Grizzlies host Anderson (Anderson, CA) to confront the Cubs in a Northern challenge on Friday, January 26. The Cubs come into the challenge with a record of 6-16. Anderson lost 62-35 in their recent league challenge against University Prep (Redding, CA)

Next up, the Eagles confront the Central Valley Falcons (Shasta Lake, CA) in a Northern challenge, on Friday, January 26. West Valley will attempt to improve on its 10-12 season record. The Falcons come into the challenge with a 2-21 record after their 53-39 non-league loss to Oroville (Oroville, CA).
