The Cavaliers now possess a 8-7 record. They put it on the line next when they host Floyd County for a non-league battle on Wednesday, January 24. Lord Botetourt will confront a Buffaloes team coming off a 55-45 league win over James River (Buchanan, VA). The Buffaloes record now stands at 9-4.

The Golden Eagles (7-9) will now prepare for their battle against Franklin County (Rocky Mount, VA). The Eagles come into the Blue Ridge battle with a 5-11 record. In their last battle, Franklin County was overwhelmed by Northside (Roanoke, VA), 81-53, in a league battle.
