The North Zulch Bulldogs (North Zulch, TX) basketball crushed the host McDade Bulldogs (McDade, TX), 49-26 in Tuesday's league test.

The Bulldogs (7-12) will now prepare for their test against Round Top-Carmine (Carmine, TX). The Cubs go into the 1A Region IV District 29 test with a 2-16 record. In their last test, Round Top-Carmine was trounced by Richards (Richards, TX), 57-34, in a league test.

The Bulldogs now own a 4-14 record. They play next when they travel to Dime Box for a 1A Region IV District 29 test on Friday, January 26. McDade will encounter a Longhorns squad coming off a 82-33 league loss to Fayetteville (Fayetteville, TX). The Longhorns record now stands at 6-11.
