North Carolina High School Basketball - Panther Creek trounces Middle Creek

The Panther Creek Catamounts (Cary, NC) basketball crushed the visiting Middle Creek Mustangs (Apex, NC), 68-42 in Tuesday's league test.

The Catamounts (13-4) will now prepare for their test against Cary (Cary, NC). The Imps go into the 4A Southeast Wake test with a 4-13 record. In their last test, Cary was trounced by Middle Creek (Apex, NC), 62-42, in a league test.

The Mustangs now own a 8-8 record. They play next when they host Cary for a 4A Southeast Wake test on Wednesday, January 24. Middle Creek will encounter a Imps squad coming off a 80-69 league win over Green Hope (Cary, NC). The Imps record now stands at 4-12.
