The Mount Union Trojans (Mount Union, PA) basketball nipped the host Tussey Mountain Titans (Saxton, PA), 38-35 in Tuesday's league test.

The Trojans (3-11) will now prepare for their test against Northern Bedford County (Loysburg, PA). The Panthers go into the Inter County - East test with a 1-15 record. In their last test, Northern Bedford County was tipped by Forbes Road (Waterfall, PA), 52-48, in a non-league test.

The Titans now own a 8-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Claysburg-Kimmel for a Inter County - East contest on Friday, January 26. Tussey Mountain will battle a Bulldogs team coming off a 56-51 league win over Southern Huntingdon County (Three Springs, PA). The Bulldogs record now stands at 9-6.
