Spectrum Sting (Elk River, MN) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host North Lakes Academy Huskies (Forest Lake, MN), 80-41 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Spectrum upgrades its record to 12-4 on the season. The Sting host PACT Charter (Ramsey, MN) to play the Panthers in a non-league bout on Friday, January 26. The Panthers go into the bout with a record of 10-10. PACT Charter lost 68-59 in their recent non-league bout against Eagle Ridge Academy (Minnetonka, MN)

Next up, the Huskies play the West Lutheran Warriors (Plymouth, MN) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, January 25. North Lakes Academy will attempt to upgrade on its 3-9 season record. The Warriors go into the bout with a 8-9 record after their 90-89 non-league loss to Legacy Christian Academy (Andover, MN).
