In Tuesday's league outing, the Palm Springs Indians (Palm Springs, CA) basketball squad beat the visiting Shadow Hills Knights (Indio, CA), by a count of 60-46.

The Indians (23-2) will now prepare for their outing against La Quinta (La Quinta, CA). The Blackhawks go into the Desert Empire outing with a 4-19 record. In their last outing, La Quinta was topped by Palm Desert (Palm Desert, CA), 83-50, in a league outing.

The Knights now hold a 8-16 record. They play next when they host Xavier Prep for a Desert Empire game on Thursday, January 25. Shadow Hills will face a Saints team coming off a 84-45 league loss to Rancho Mirage (Rancho Mirage, CA). The Saints record now stands at 5-19.
