Wasilla Warriors (Wasilla, AK) backers were pleased Tuesday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the visiting Palmer Moose (Palmer, AK), 78-67 in a league bout.

With the victory, Wasilla upgrades its record to 5-3 on the campaign. The Warriors travel to West Valley (Fairbanks, AK) to play the Wolf Pack in a non-league bout on Thursday, January 25. The Wolf Pack come into the bout with a record of 10-1. West Valley won 71-40 in their recent non-league bout against Dimond (Anchorage, AK)

Next up, the Moose play the Soldotna Stars (Soldotna, AK) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, January 25. Palmer will attempt to upgrade on its 2-7 season record. The Stars come into the bout with a 4-6 record after their 59-54 league loss to Wasilla (Wasilla, AK).
