Georgia High School Basketball - Providence Classical Christian can't hold off Scholars Guild Academy

The Scholars Guild Academy Spartans basketball team scored 49 points and held the host Providence Classical Christian Warriors to 46 in the Spartans non-league triumph on Tuesday.
The Spartans now sport a 7-10 record. They put it on the line next when they host Hills Academy for a non-league contest on Thursday, January 25. Scholars Guild Academy will battle a Knights team coming off a 67-58 non-league loss to Arlington Christian (Fairburn, GA). The Knights record now stands at 13-5.
The Warriors (4-10) will now prepare for their contest against Covington Academy (Covington, GA). The Bulldogs enter the non-league contest with a 4-6 record. In their last contest, Covington Academy was nudged by The Grace Christian Academy (Powder Springs, GA), 87-46, in a non-league contest.
