With the victory, Seguin upgrades its record to 13-13 on the campaign. The Matadors travel to Wagner (San Antonio, TX) to play the Thunderbirds in a 5A Region IV District 26 challenge on Friday, January 26. The Thunderbirds come into the challenge with a record of 17-9. Wagner won 70-66 in their recent league challenge against Smithson Valley (Spring Branch, TX)

Next up, the Antlers play the Boerne-Champion Chargers (Boerne, TX) in a 5A Region IV District 26 challenge, on Friday, January 26. Tivy will attempt to upgrade on its 14-13 season record. The Chargers come into the challenge with a 24-4 record after their 62-50 league win over Canyon (New Braunfels, TX).
