Sioux Center Warriors (Sioux Center, IA) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host Sheldon Orabs (Sheldon, IA), 71-35 in a league bout.

With the win, Sioux Center upgrades its record to 8-6 on the season. The Warriors travel to MOC-Floyd Valley (Orange City, IA) to clash with the Dutchmen in a Siouxland bout on Friday, January 26. The Dutchmen go into the bout with a record of 12-3. MOC-Floyd Valley lost 75-50 in their recent league bout against West Lyon (Inwood, IA)

Next up, the Orabs clash with the Okoboji Pioneers (Milford, IA) in a Siouxland bout, on Thursday, January 25. Sheldon will attempt to upgrade on its 2-12 season record. The Pioneers go into the bout with a 3-12 record after their 59-49 league win over Sibley-Ocheyedan (Sibley, IA).
