In their next game, the Stallions face the East Bladen Eagles (Elizabethtown, NC) in a 1A/2A Waccamaw game, on Thursday, January 25. South Columbus will attempt to move on its 8-9 season record. The Eagles enter the game with a 8-6 record after their 42-38 league loss to Whiteville (Whiteville, NC).

With the defeat, Whiteville moves to 5-10 on the year. The Wolfpack travel to Heide Trask (Rocky Point, NC) to face the Titans in a 1A/2A Waccamaw game on Tuesday, January 30. The Titans enter the game with a record of 12-4. Heide Trask won 58-57 in their recent league game against West Columbus (Cerro Gordo, NC)
