Georgia High School Basketball - Telfair County knocked off by Treutlen

The Treutlen Vikings basketball team scored 79 points and held the visiting Telfair County Trojans to 67 in the Vikings league triumph on Tuesday.
The Vikings now sport a 14-5 record. They put it on the line next when they host Jenkins County for a non-league contest on Saturday, January 27. Treutlen will meet a War Eagles team coming off a 61-55 league win over McIntosh County Academy (Darien, GA). The War Eagles record now stands at 13-4.
The Trojans (4-12) will now prepare for their contest against Wheeler County (Alamo, GA). The Bulldogs enter the A D2 Region 4 contest with a 12-3 record. In their last contest, Wheeler County ran past Jeff Davis (Hazlehurst, GA), 52-47, in a non-league contest.
