Colorado High School Basketball - Battle Mountain overwhelmed by Eagle Valley

The Eagle Valley Devils basketball team scored 88 points and restricted the host Battle Mountain Huskies to 25 in the Devils league victory on Tuesday.
The Devils now sport a 1-0 record. They put it on the line next when they host Grand Junction Central for a non-league contest on Saturday, January 27. Eagle Valley will battle a Warriors team coming off a 56-28 non-league win over Palisade (Palisade, CO). The Warriors record now stands at 9-0.
The Huskies (2-7) will now prepare for their contest against Glenwood Springs (Glenwood Springs, CO). The Demons come into the contest with a 2-1 record. In their last contest, Glenwood Springs triumphed over Coal Ridge (New Castle, CO), 47-39, in a non-league contest.
