In Tuesday's non-league outing, the George C. Marshall Statesmen (Falls Church, VA) basketball squad edged the visiting Washington-Liberty Generals (Arlington, VA), by a count of 48-46.
The Statesmen (4-6) will now prepare for their outing against Langley (McLean, VA). The Saxons go into the non-league outing with a 4-1 record.
