Preston Knights (Kingwood, WV) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Grafton Bearcats (Grafton, WV), 69-59 in a league bout.
With the win, Preston upgrades its record to 7-4 on the season. The Knights host Philip Barbour (Philippi, WV) to play the Colts in a bout on Thursday, January 25. The Colts go into the bout with a record of 1-1.
Next up, the Bearcats play the Philip Barbour Colts (Philippi, WV) in a non-league bout, on Monday, January 29. Grafton will attempt to upgrade on its 1-2 season record. The Colts go into the bout with a 1-2 record after their 45-20 league loss to Preston (Kingwood, WV).
