North Carolina High School Basketball - Myers Park routs Berry

January 23, 2024: Charlotte, NC 28208

In Tuesday's league outing, the Myers Park Mustangs (Charlotte, NC) basketball squad overwhelmed the host Berry Cardinal (Charlotte, NC), by a count of 56-20.

The Mustangs (18-0) will now prepare for their outing against A.C. Reynolds (Asheville, NC). The Rockets go into the non-league outing with a 14-1 record. In their last outing, A.C. Reynolds smashed North Buncombe (Weaverville, NC), 44-31, in a league outing.

The Cardinal now hold a 2-12 record. They play next when they travel to Palisades for a 4A South Meck outing on Friday, January 26. Berry will clash with a Pumas squad coming off a 67-18 non-league win over West Mecklenburg (Charlotte, NC). The Pumas record now stands at 7-11.
