Biggs Wolverines (Biggs, CA) backers were pleased Tuesday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the visiting Williams Yellowjackets (Williams, CA), 60-19 in a league bout.

With the victory, Biggs upgrades its record to 11-8 on the campaign. The Wolverines travel to CORE Butte (Chico, CA) to play the Lynx in a Mid-Valley bout on Friday, January 26. The Lynx come into the bout with a record of 6-10. CORE Butte lost 53-36 in their recent league bout against Hamilton (Hamilton City, CA)

Next up, the Yellowjackets play the Los Molinos Bulldogs (Los Molinos, CA) in a Mid-Valley bout, on Friday, January 26. Williams will attempt to upgrade on its 1-12 season record. The Bulldogs come into the bout with a 4-16 record after their 31-29 league loss to Maxwell (Maxwell, CA).
