The Butte Bulldogs (Butte, MT) basketball nipped the visiting Flathead Braves/Bravettes (Kalispell, MT), 57-51 in Tuesday's league test.

The Bulldogs (5-3) will now prepare for their test against Capital (Helena, MT). The Bruins go into the AA Western test with a 4-6 record. In their last test, Capital was tipped by Big Sky (Missoula, MT), 42-31, in a league test.

The Braves/Bravettes now own a 2-5 record. They play next when they travel to Sentinel for a AA Western test on Thursday, January 25. Flathead will encounter a Spartans squad coming off a 40-35 league win over Hellgate (Missoula, MT). The Spartans record now stands at 4-5.
