Peoria Panthers (Peoria, AZ) backers were pleased Tuesday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the visiting Cactus Cobras (Glendale, AZ), 70-10 in a league bout.

With the victory, Peoria upgrades its record to 15-7 on the campaign. The Panthers travel to Goldwater (Phoenix, AZ) to play the Bulldogs in a 4A West Valley bout on Thursday, January 25. The Bulldogs come into the bout with a record of 7-12. Goldwater lost 54-23 in their recent league bout against Agua Fria (Avondale, AZ)

Next up, the Cobras play the Estrella Foothills Wolves (Goodyear, AZ) in a 4A West Valley bout, on Thursday, January 25. Cactus will attempt to upgrade on its 4-13 season record. The Wolves come into the bout with a 22-3 record after their 67-29 league win over Deer Valley (Glendale, AZ).
