In Tuesday's non-league outing, the Stewartville Tigers (Stewartville, MN) basketball squad overwhelmed the host Cannon Falls Bombers (Cannon Falls, MN), by a margin of 72-39.
The Tigers (12-6) will now prepare for their outing against Red Wing (Red Wing, MN). The Wingers go into the AAA Section 1 outing with a 4-13 record. In their last outing, Red Wing was trounced by John Marshall (Rochester, MN), 65-59, in a non-league outing.
The Bombers now own a 1-15 record. They play next when they travel to Pine Island for a AA Section 1 outing on Friday, January 26. Cannon Falls will clash with a Panthers squad coming off a 56-32 league loss to Lourdes (Rochester, MN). The Panthers record now stands at 7-11.
