Caribou Vikings (Caribou, ME) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host Houlton Shiretowners (Houlton, ME), 58-32 in a league bout.

With the win, Caribou upgrades its record to 10-3 on the season. The Vikings travel to Mount Desert Island (Mount Desert, ME) to play the Trojans in a B North bout on Friday, January 26. The Trojans go into the bout with a record of 8-4. Mount Desert Island won 52-35 in their recent league bout against Washington Academy (East Machias, ME)

Next up, the Shiretowners play the Hodgdon Hawks (Hodgdon, ME) in a non-league bout, on Wednesday, January 31. Houlton will attempt to upgrade on its 6-9 season record.
