Round Mountain Knights (Round Mountain, NV) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the host Carlin Railroaders (Carlin, NV), 37-21 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Round Mountain upgrades its record to 9-5 on the season. The Knights travel to American Heritage Academy (Henderson, NV) to clash with the Patriots in a non-league bout on Thursday, January 25. The Patriots go into the bout with a record of 3-5. American Heritage Academy lost 42-29 in their recent non-league bout against Awaken Christian (Las Vegas, NV)

Next up, the Railroaders clash with the Owyhee Braves (Owyhee, NV) in a 1A East bout, on Wednesday, January 24. Carlin will attempt to upgrade on its 3-11 season record. The Braves go into the bout with a 10-5 record after their 53-19 league win over Jackpot (Jackpot, NV).
