The Waxahachie Indians basketball team (Waxahachie, TX), dropped 45-33 in Tuesday's league battle with the visiting Cedar Hill Longhorns (Cedar Hill, TX)
The Longhorns now sport a 18-12 record. They put it on the line next when they host Duncanville for a 6A Region II District 11 battle on Friday, January 26. Cedar Hill will battle a Panthers and Pantherettes team coming off a 70-49 league win over Lake Ridge (Mansfield, TX). The Panthers and Pantherettes record now stands at 24-4.
The Indians (17-13) will now prepare for their battle against DeSoto (DeSoto, TX). The Eagles come into the 6A Region II District 11 battle with a 18-5 record. In their last battle, DeSoto prevailed over Skyline (Dallas, TX), 73-26, in a league battle.
