White Mountains Spartans (Whitefield, NH) backers were pleased Tuesday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the host Colebrook Academy Mohawks (Colebrook, NH), 49-36 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, White Mountains upgrades its record to 7-6 on the campaign. The Spartans travel to Winnisquam (Tilton, NH) to play the Bears in a Division III bout on Saturday, January 27. The Bears come into the bout with a record of 9-0.

Next up, the Mohawks play the Littleton Crusaders (Littleton, NH) in a Division IV bout, on Friday, January 26. Colebrook Academy will attempt to upgrade on its 6-7 season record.
