The Isabella Mustangs (Maplesville, AL) basketball crushed the visiting Comer Tigers (Sylacauga, AL), 55-30 in Tuesday's league test.

The Mustangs (10-3) will now prepare for their test against Fayetteville (Sylacauga, AL). The Wolves go into the 2A Area 7 test with a 1-14 record. In their last test, Fayetteville was trounced by Victory Christian (Pell City, AL), 69-59, in a non-league test.

The Tigers now own a 4-11 record. They play next when they travel to Thorsby for a 2A Area 7 test on Thursday, January 25. Comer will encounter a Rebels squad coming off a 43-39 league loss to Central of Coosa County (Rockford, AL). The Rebels record now stands at 11-8.
