The Crosby-Ironton Rangers basketball team scored 34 points and restricted the host Pequot Lakes Patriots to 29 in the Rangers league victory on Tuesday.

The Rangers now sport a 13-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Staples-Motley for a AA Section 7 contest on Friday, January 26. Crosby-Ironton will battle a Cardinals team coming off a 63-51 non-league win over Melrose (Melrose, MN). The Cardinals record now stands at 4-12.

The Patriots (13-3) will now prepare for their contest against Mora (Mora, MN). The Mustangs come into the non-league contest with a 3-10 record. In their last contest, Mora was nudged by Foley (Foley, MN), 63-47, in a league contest.
