The Crossroads Charter Academy Cougars (Big Rapids, MI) basketball nipped the host Marion Eagles (Marion, MI), 48-43 in Tuesday's league test.

The Cougars (8-2) will now prepare for their test against Mesick (Mesick, MI). The Bulldogs go into the West Michigan D test with a 3-6 record. In their last test, Mesick was tipped by Pentwater (Pentwater, MI), 53-36, in a league test.

The Eagles now own a 4-4 record. They play next when they travel to Cadillac Heritage Christian for a non-league test on Friday, January 26.
