The New London-Spicer Wildcats basketball team scored 68 points and held the visiting Dassel-Cokato Chargers to 41 in the Wildcats non-league triumph on Tuesday.

The Wildcats now sport a 16-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Watertown-Mayer for a non-league contest on Thursday, January 25. New London-Spicer will battle a Royals team coming off a 55-40 league win over Rockford (Rockford, MN). The Royals record now stands at 16-2.

The Chargers (9-7) will now prepare for their contest against Litchfield (Litchfield, MN). The Dragons enter the non-league contest with a 5-13 record. In their last contest, Litchfield was routed by Minnewaska Area (Glenwood, MN), 71-36, in a league contest.
