In Tuesday's non-league outing, the Johnson Crusaders (Clark, NJ) basketball squad beat the host Dayton Bulldogs (Springfield, NJ), by a count of 46-36.

The Crusaders (6-7) will now prepare for their outing against Governor Livingston (Berkeley Heights, NJ). The Highlanders go into the non-league outing with a 5-8 record. In their last outing, Governor Livingston was topped by Union Catholic (Scotch Plains, NJ), 37-35, in a non-league outing.

The Bulldogs now hold a 9-4 record. They play next when they host Hillside for a Union County - Valley outing on Thursday, January 25. Dayton will clash with a Comets squad coming off a 45-13 non-league loss to Summit (Summit, NJ). The Comets record now stands at 3-10.
