The Ridgefield Park Scarlets basketball team scored 42 points and held the visiting Dwight Morrow Maroon Raiders to 13 in the Scarlets league triumph on Tuesday.
The Scarlets now sport a 9-7 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Mahwah for a non-league contest on Thursday, January 25. Ridgefield Park will battle a Thunderbirds team coming off a 50-39 league win over Westwood (Washington Township, NJ). The Thunderbirds record now stands at 12-3.
The Maroon Raiders (1-15) will now prepare for their contest against Bergen Tech (Hackensack, NJ). The Knights enter the non-league contest with a 2-13 record. In their last contest, Bergen Tech was routed by Passaic County Tech (Wayne, NJ), 42-12, in a league contest.
