The East Hamilton Hurricanes (Ooltewah, TN) basketball crushed the visiting Howard Tech Hustlin' Tigers (Chattanooga, TN), 63-27 in Tuesday's league test.

The Hurricanes (16-7) will now prepare for their test against Bradley Central (Cleveland, TN). The Bears go into the 4A District 6 test with a 18-1 record. In their last test, Bradley Central walloped Ooltewah (Ooltewah, TN), 85-22, in a league test.

The Hustlin' Tigers now own a 5-8 record. They play next when they travel to Tyner Academy for a non-league test on Saturday, January 27. Howard Tech will encounter a Rams squad coming off a 42-32 league win over Sequatchie County (Dunlap, TN). The Rams record now stands at 9-3.
