The Mustangs come into the challenge with a record of 7-14. South Effingham lost 54-49 in their recent league challenge against Brunswick (Brunswick, GA)

Next up, the Rebels confront the Evans Knights (Evans, GA) in a AAAAAA Region 2 challenge, on Friday, January 26. Effingham County will attempt to improve on its 4-13 season record. The Knights come into the challenge with a 3-18 record after their 40-25 league loss to Grovetown (Grovetown, GA).
