The Ferris Saxons basketball team (Spokane, WA), was overwhelmed 82-36 in Tuesday's league battle with the visiting Mead Panthers (Spokane, WA)

The Panthers now possess a 15-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Ridgeline for a 2A/3A/4A Greater Spokane battle on Friday, January 26. Mead will confront a Falcons team coming off a 49-26 league win over Cheney (Cheney, WA). The Falcons record now stands at 9-7.

The Saxons (8-7) will now prepare for their battle against Central Valley (Spokane Valley, WA). The Bears come into the 2A/3A/4A Greater Spokane battle with a 12-4 record. In their last battle, Central Valley trounced Mt. Spokane (Mead, WA), 64-49, in a league battle.
