Texas High School Basketball - Ridge Point tops Fort Bend Elkins

Ridge Point Panthers (Missouri City, TX) backers were pleased Tuesday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the visiting Fort Bend Elkins Knights (Missouri City, TX), 57-44 in a league bout.

With the victory, Ridge Point upgrades its record to 15-12 on the campaign. The Panthers travel to Fort Bend Clements (Sugar Land, TX) to play the Rangers in a 6A Region III District 20 bout on Friday, January 26. The Rangers come into the bout with a record of 3-21. Fort Bend Clements lost 73-23 in their recent league bout against Fort Bend Travis (Richmond, TX)

Next up, the Knights play the Fort Bend Bush Broncos (Richmond, TX) in a 6A Region III District 20 bout, on Friday, January 26. Fort Bend Elkins will attempt to upgrade on its 11-18 season record. The Broncos come into the bout with a 9-17 record after their 46-39 league win over George Ranch (Richmond, TX).
