The Hillsboro/Central Valley H-CV Burros basketball team (Buxton, ND), was overwhelmed 62-37 in Tuesday's league battle with the host Grafton Spoilers (Grafton, ND)
The Spoilers now possess a 5-10 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Kindred for a non-league battle on Friday, January 26. Grafton will confront a Vikings team coming off a 75-72 league win over Valley City (Valley City, ND). The Vikings record now stands at 14-4.
The H-CV Burros (5-12) will now prepare for their battle against Griggs County Central/Midkota (Cooperstown, ND). The Cougars come into the non-league battle with a 3-11 record. In their last battle, Griggs County Central/Midkota was overwhelmed by Hatton/Northwood (Northwood, ND), 52-36, in a league battle.
