The Pike Road Patriots basketball team scored 54 points and restricted the host Greenville Tigers to 14 in the Patriots non-league victory on Tuesday.
The Patriots now sport a 18-5 record. They put it on the line next when they host Marbury for a non-league contest on Saturday, January 27. Pike Road will battle a Bulldogs team coming off a 51-22 league win over Holtville (Deatsville, AL). The Bulldogs record now stands at 10-5.
The Tigers (6-9) will now prepare for their contest against Charles Henderson (Troy, AL). The Trojans come into the 5A Area 4 contest with a 7-8 record. In their last contest, Charles Henderson was routed by Park Crossing (Montgomery, AL), 53-19, in a non-league contest.
