The Robstown Cottonpickers basketball team scored 42 points and restricted the visiting King Brahmas to 36 in the Cottonpickers league victory on Tuesday.

The Cottonpickers now sport a 16-13 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Bishop for a 4A Region IV District 31 contest on Friday, January 26. Robstown will battle a Badgers team coming off a 75-20 league win over King (Kingsville, TX). The Badgers record now stands at 21-8.

The Brahmas (11-17) will now prepare for their contest against Alice (Alice, TX). The Coyotes come into the 4A Region IV District 31 contest with a 19-11 record.
