Snyder Tigers (Snyder, TX) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Lake View Chiefs (San Angelo, TX), 69-17 in a league bout.

With the win, Snyder upgrades its record to 13-16 on the season. The Tigers travel to Levelland (Levelland, TX) to play the Lobos in a 4A Region I District 5 bout on Friday, January 26. The Lobos go into the bout with a record of 28-2. Levelland won 93-4 in their recent league bout against Big Spring (Big Spring, TX)

Next up, the Chiefs play the Sweetwater Mustangs (Sweetwater, TX) in a 4A Region I District 5 bout, on Friday, January 26. Lake View will attempt to upgrade on its 0-25 season record. The Mustangs go into the bout with a 15-11 record after their 42-18 league loss to Estacado (Lubbock, TX).
